Becoming a subscriber is very easy: buy a product, choose the delivery frequency and we'll make sure it's available to you whenever you want, and you'll be a subscriber from the moment you buy!

There are different ways to access the subscription portal.

• Direct link via email. When you make a purchase that includes subscription products, you will receive a confirmation email with a link from which you can find out the details of your order. Please note that, for security reasons, this link will expire within six hours.
• Customer account. Another way to access the status of your subscriptions is by logging into your Masqmai account, from where you can manage all the changes you need.
• Access without logging in. If you are not registered with Masqmai and do not want to create an account, you will be able to view your subscriptions without logging in. Click on this link and click on ‘Take me to see my subscriptions without logging in’. When you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a direct link from where you can make the changes you want. Note: this form of access will only be possible if you are subscribed to a subscription-based product.

If you have purchased a product by subscription and you have not received any message or this information does not appear in your profile, you can contact us at help@masqmai.com.

No, it is not necessary to be registered on Masqmai. You can access directly through this link.

However, we recommend that you create a user account to be able to consult all the information more directly and thus take advantage of the benefits of our Masqmai Club.

It is not necessary to register again to access the status of your subscriptions. Once you access your profile you will be able to see the subscriptions section, along with your previous order history and the benefits of the Loyalty & Referrals programme.

You can update your subscription details in a fast and easy way. Every time you subscribe to a new product, a section will be automatically generated in your profile with all your subscription information. Once you have logged in to your account, you will be able to perform the following actions:

• Skip upcoming order
• Change dellivery frequency
• Update next delivery date
• Add product
• Update shipping address
• Update payment method
• Cancel subscription

Yes, you can update the delivery times for each product whenever you need to. You only have to choose the time frequency (1 month / 2 months / 3 months) with which you want to receive your products from then on and save the changes in your profile.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and without any additional cost.

However, if you are not sure about cancelling your subscription definitely, we also offer you the possibility to skip your next shipment.

Yes, you can add as many units of the same product as you wish. To make these changes you need to log in to your profile.

Of course! You can subscribe to as many products as you wish. Within your portal you will see that these products are listed in order of delivery frequency and the date of purchase when you first bought them.

Note: if there are several products with the same date and they are all delivered with the same frequency (for example: "every 1 month"), they will appear in the same section.
